Svereika Surveys is a full service land surveying firm. We have the latest GPS Surveying equipment and reflectorless total stations. We specialize in large boundary surveys, wood lots, farms and so on. We also survey Village and City Lots, complete flood elevation certificates, subdivisions, site plans, and soil percolation test / sewage disposal designs in conjunction with an engineer. Experience
Jon Erik Svereika has been completing Land surveys since 1985. Was licensed in 1995 then opened Svereika Surveys. Erik completes all the work himself, from the research, to field work, to computations and the mapping. We believe the Licensed individual should be performing the work. You would not go to a Doctor and then have some employee do the surgery.
Location
Svereika Surveys has two offices to better serve you. We have completed surveys from Alex Bay to the Pa border and from Lake Champlain to Buffalo. We offer a quality survey, in a reasonable time at a reasonable rate.
